WHAT IS FLAG FOOTBALL?
A fast, fun, and safe version of football.
Flag football is a non-contact version of American football where players wear flags attached to a belt. Instead of tackling, defenders pull the flag to stop the play. It's a fast-paced, exciting sport that emphasizes speed, agility, and teamwork — making it perfect for young athletes to learn fundamental football skills in a safe environment. Flag football was recently added to the 2028 Olympic Games, opening incredible opportunities for female athletes.
